Kimberly Rible is a Partner at Rand Paster & Nelson LLP. She focuses on land use, zoning, and environmental law, assisting clients with a wide range of development projects.

Kimberly concentrates her practice on land use entitlements, administrative approvals, and environmental matters. The California Coastal Act and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) are integral to her practice, and she regularly assists clients with environmental review during the entitlement process as well as in writ litigation involving Coastal Act and CEQA matters.

She represents property owners, developers, and other stakeholders in navigating land use, planning, and regulatory requirements, providing guidance from initial project planning through approval.

Kimberly is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the Valley Industry and Commerce Association Land Use Committee, the Los Angeles County and San Diego County Bar Associations, and the Urban Land Institute. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Valley Leadership Institute.

She has been recognized as a four-time Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star” and is a credentialed LEED Green Associate.
