Alison Martinez

Alison Martinez’s practice focuses on land use and environmental matters. She assists clients at all stages of the development process, from initial due diligence to obtaining project approvals and complying with a number of State and local laws, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)and density bonus law. Ms. Martinez has worked on a variety of complex housing, hotel, mixed-use development, and commercial projects in the City of Los Angeles and other jurisdictions throughout California.

Ms. Martinez is a recipient of the California Planning Foundation Merit Award and the State Bar of California Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. She also completed the Coro Women in Leadership program in 2022.
