Alicia Bartley is a Partner at Rand Paster & Nelson LLP. She advises clients on land use, real estate, and environmental matters across a broad range of development projects.
Alicia concentrates her practice on litigation involving property transactions, boundary disputes, and project development, as well as land use entitlements and real property purchase and sale transactions. She represents developers, property owners, and businesses in matters spanning the full lifecycle of real estate and development projects.
Alicia is actively involved in professional and community organizations. She is a past Co-Chair of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association Real Estate Law Section and serves on the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council Planning and Land Use Committee and the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Mobility Committee. She is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
She has been recognized for her professional achievements, including being named to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and as a Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star.”
