Vicente Arellano

Vicente has a background in project management and affordable housing. He has worked extensively in code consulting, permit expediting, and public administration, and studied Urban Planning in California, and New York. Prior to joining Rand Paster Nelson, Vicente worked as a Project Manager for Rizzo-Brookbridge serving commercial and residential development clients by conducting zoning analyses, project tracking, and facilitating plan approvals and permit issuances. Vicente has also worked for the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, in the inclusionary housing division, where he managed a pipeline of projects seeking zoning incentives. His experience in the private and public sectors enables proactive and effective support for projects seeking entitlements or exploring land use options.

Vicente received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge and a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
