With nearly 21 years of comprehensive experience in Urban Planning, Michael has consistently managed projects aimed at elevating the livability, vibrancy, and resilience of diverse landscapes. Having dedicated over 18 years to public sector service, notably as a Planner with the City of Santa Monica for seven years, Michael offers a wealth of expertise in navigating the land use entitlement process.
